I am so disappointed with her performance. Everyone thought she would be good, but she works through intimidation and fear. All know that she is so far up HO backends, that they don't realize that she can't teach, coach, or counsel her reps. Moral is so bad, I really would like to transfer to another division. She has lied about people, to the point they left to get away from her. CM, please wake up and do something about a person YOU put in place. Our jobs are hard enough, dealing with her is the worst.
