One key mistake John has made was to "befriend" his main reports. That is a major business Faux pas because it makes it impossible to fire these guys and girls when they are inept or totally incompetent. To prove this I ask who in upper management has been fired since the company has been on this downward spiral. Answer is no one and that's my point. Upper manaagement lacks any accountability and responsibility and thus no one is fired, reallocated, let go, laid off.........whatever, for screwing up ! There are enough people at fault ; DR, EC, Ramona. AA is no business man he's the legal AX man, makes sure I's dotted T's crossed, hopefully no business responsibilities but wouldn't doubt it.
