One key mistake throttle Johnmade was to "befriend" his main reports. That is a major business screw up because it makes it impossible to fire these guys and girls when they are inept or totally incompetent. To prove this who in upper management has been fired since the company has been on this downwRd spiral. Answer no one and that's my point inset any one responsible and the answer to that is also no. Upper manaagement lacks any accountability and responsibility and thus no one is fired, reallocated, let go, laid off.........whatever, for screwing up ! Would Like to hear your take on this !
