If you have territories turning over every 2 to 4 months, how do you plan to build a long term business. Every territory has a finite number of accounts. The number of appropriate accounts that qualify is even smaller. If you have reps hitting most of those places and then firing them and sending another newbie in there, and repeat this a few times. The accounts will figure it out and NEVER change to Castle. So all of this that seems counterproductive to lasting growth. WHY Roundhouse Rob? Why do you do it this way?
