Lundbeck is poison! The atmosphere is toxic! It will rot your soul and kill your spirit in less than a year. Unless you are unemployed, don't come here ! Please keep looking for your sanity and your own self worth. This place is not having growing pains, it is simple a toxic culture. Everything bad we all have experienced in Big Pharma is over here. Lundbeck is composed of many factions, Wyeth, BMS,Lilly,Janssen ... You know what I mean.
