There's Precedent here. Just do your research. If you ranked above many reps who were not let go and you were on a PIP for a subjective issue which is in most cases subjective, it has no meaning at all. Hence why many companies changed their model. Also FYI you don't sell anything. You are not allowed to tell a doctor what to prescribe because you are not a what... Bingo you are not a medical professional. You are allowed to detail and educate but not tell a doctor what to prescribe. For example did your manager ever tell you to tell a doctor For your next 5 asthma patients prescribe xyz? If so did your manager know the next 5 patients medical history? Nope you can't actually say something stupid like that. Now that's a stupid example but you get the point. Consult a lawyer.
