I've heard about this site from some of the GI reps that have called on my office over the years and never thought I'd check it out. That changed the other day when your HCV rep came in (she is clueless) with her overbearing manager in tow. I cringe when I see him and have heard other clinicians say the same. Based on his attitude and gloating that Gilead is the only show in hepatitis (reminding me of the Schering/Merck manager of old), I'm going to tell the rep that he is no longer welcome here. If he isn't satisfied that we are treating all of our patients with Harvoni, just not enough of them, then keep your pie hole shut and just sit there and nod your head like most managers do, let the rep talk and not cut them off.
The perception of your rep within my office , between the girls out front, the doctors and the MAs is that she's become to big for her britches and has taken us for granted. Her manager just made it worse.
