FIELD SALES/ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST - Miami US-Florida-Miami

Engagements range from working with hospital and post-acute facilities developing ambulatory pharmacy and discharge programs, to working with health plans and provider organizations integrating community-based care for patients struggling with complex needs of extended care. Dovetail Health also integrates with other stakeholders around specialty pharmaceutical therapies where medication management and adherence are critical to patient outcomes. Dovetail Health’s experience in caring for diverse patient populations, their ability to target the appropriate population through sophisticated risk stratification methods, combined with their focus on providing the highest quality of care allows Dovetail Health to consistently reduce total medical expenditure yielding a return-on-investment that is beneficial to their clients’ bottom line. All of this is provided by Dovetail Health at a level of intervention that is most appropriate at that time for the patient. GENERAL DESCRIPTION Dovetail’s clinical care center is focused on providing extraordinary patient care. Our delivery model must be scalable to support our growth and accountable to deliver high quality outcomes. The Field Enrollment Specialist is an integral part of a collaborative, cross functional team. The Field Enrollment Specialist is responsible for promoting Dovetail’s patient programs and unique offerings within client provider offices to facilitate patient enrollment. The Field Enrollment Specialist is a dynamic, engaging professional especially skilled at building relationships, creating awareness and advocating for patient care. The Field Enrollment Specialist has keen marketplace knowledge, demonstrating empathy and sensitivity in the complex and demanding healthcare provider practices. The Field Enrollment Specialist will perform at a high level and possesses a comfortable disposition working in a fast paced, ever changing healthcare environment.SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND CORE COMPETENCIES WILL INCLUIDE:Teamwork and Collaboration: • Collaborate with Dovetail team members to develop an effective Patient Enrollment model and to increase program awareness initiatives• Lead and partner with several key internal delivery and account teams ensuring patient enrollment is complete and services are scheduled• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop high quality program materials that reflect Dovetail and client standardsResults Orientation:• Identify provider offices and patients who would benefit most from Dovetail’s clinical programs• Engage client provider office personnel (physicians, office staff, case managers, etc) and educate the total office on the value of Dovetail programs• Develop enrollment plans for selected patients• Enhance communication with client groups• Promote Dovetail capabilities in any/all client value enhancement opportunities Organization Orientation:• Establish tracking and reporting processes to ensure all field enrollment related activities and results are documented and information is distributed appropriately• Adhere to pertinent legal and governmental standards and requirements with regard to patient security and complianceQualifications:• Self starter who is passionate about providing extraordinary patient care and provider education• Previous pharmaceutical sales experience or healthcare payer/provider knowledge related experience strongly preferred• Enthusiastic professional who is comfortable working in fast paced, high performance culture that has a start-up feel• Engaging personality with excellent communication skills and with an inclination toward sales• Relationship builder with strong demonstrated customer facing skills• Patient advocate with an understanding of patient privacy (ie.
