Backstabbing counterparts

Anyone else having this problem in their territory. I am purposefully being left out of meetings they hold with the specialty reps. If I help put together a business document I have to ask for them to include me in the emails they send to my manager including that finished document. One rep who doesn't even carry my product even tried to organize a speaker program for my product in my territory, taking the lead until I finally said that's nice but it's not something I can't do on my own.



This is a really messed up way of conducting business.
