Anyone currently at Amgen with a little sensitivity to what is going on has to realize that the company is in serious disarray. Seems AFP is not going according to plans. In PD it is all too obvious that the combination of high VTP numbers and low relo acceptance rate for staff affected by AWA and ACO site closures means there just aren't enough experienced staff to even flesh out the shrunken org charts. Cambridge should be a hoot to work at!
All this chaos and the big RIF is just around the corner. I can't wait. Nevertheless, however desperate things may seem, I remain comforted by the soothing words of our great leader, that all this is happening from a position of strength.
