New video shot by drone pilot Andre Beyzaei on March 13 offers a close glimpse at melting ice along Southern Ontario’s fourth largest lake.
The footage, shot near Lake Simcoe, shows ice chunks breaking up near the lake’s shore.
According to a CBC News report, an unusual period of mild weather this year has made the lake’s ice conditions unpredictable, resulting in at least one sinking car accident. Credit: Andre Beyzaei
