Method ProductionMethods for which the Project Administrator will be responsible, are ones whose component tasks can be described as administrative in nature, or ones where the Method is highly templated, such as RJ Books. These Methods include:1. RJ Books2. VRT3. One Big Question4. Digital Ethnography5. In-facility6. Online Spotlights7. WATIThe responsibility for the production of Methods involves the complete cycle from beginning to end. Depending on the Method, this might involve:• proactive communication with cross-functional team members• getting properly briefed• gathering of requirements • setup of online systems and/or layout of documents• proofing of Methods• communication with respondents and/or shipping of materials• monitoring activity and/or checking for completeness• ongoing communication of progress (eg dropouts) with PM and Strategist• privacy and operational compliance• communication, packaging, and dissemination of research data• any and all other tasks related to the complete ownership of Method productionFor online Methods, Project Administrators will manage the interaction with suppliers such as:• Revelation Global• iTracks• Webex• Mercuri• Intervu• FocusVisionAdministrative SupportRelated to Method production are a number of project related administrative support tasks. These may include supporting telephone interviews and remote client meetings:• management of audio files resulting from telephone interviews• setup, administer, and facilitate communication for Webex, Intervu, FocusVision, and MercuriProject Administrators are also responsible for management of supplies for the team, as well as any other duties required to ensure smooth day to day operations.Additional DutiesAdditional related duties may be assigned to the Project Administrator from time to time by the team manager.
