By the time I go on Maternity leave I will not have worked at the company long enough to quality for FMLA.
It's my understanding that you get 6 to 8 weeks of paid leave at 60%. However, If I would want to take a full 12 weeks (or around that amount of time) does Bioventus have any policies for employees that don't qualify for FMLA.
Would they allow you to take time off unpaid for a few weeks but still secure your job?
