By now we have all gotten mid year reviews. Since Lundbeck has not sent out a company pole to evaluate employee satisfaction then we should give them an honest On Track or Off Track evaluation.
As I have weighed all the pro vs con for this year my rating is: Off Track.
As with our reviews where only your IMS ranking counts towards our rating,and all the other things are discounted that we do in our territory, the company has failed us on sales gathering,ranking and IC so they are Off Track. The other things Lundbeck offers mean nothing it is simply the sales data that matters.
