do you really think the current leadership can save this company?

how many years have they had to turn it around?

they are not respected

they are fostering this culture of people who work for merck who don't trust anyone in the organization

One failed launch after another

bring up leaders like themselves who lead by fear and not because people respect them

An organization cannot survive long term like this

Our track record over the past 10 years indicates a troubling trend

those at the top have failed

you can lay all of the small frys off you want when its just the adams and riads and robins and bobs and patricks, you will only be leading the uncommitted once again
