Lets face it folks. This the new GSK layoff. GSK is slowly but surely systemically exterminating who they want with this PF proficient system.
3 Non proficients and your out. Once you get down below a 3 you're pretty much toast. Sure they might bring you up to a 4 for a semester so it looks like they are trying to "coach" people. However, in the long run you're dead once you get down below a 3 you're done.
