Why is the sales force always punished by unrealistic and outragous sales projections? Why aren't those who make these retarded $100million goals/projections ever canned?
Its damn stressful to work here right now. The DM per Rep ratio is god awful and unproductive. This place was once awesome to work for but now everyone is stressed out and micromanaged beyond belief because of these goals.
