Messed Up

I'm sitting here waiting for my integrated rating that will be available in the morning. What makes me sick to my stomach is that all of my hard work, effort and time planning and execution of strategy will have nothing to do with my overall rating which ultimately lead to my worth as a GSK employee. I had little time to study for my assessment and simulation. I am one who did not cheat. I have a good relationship with my customers, I've always been successful even in this new PF testing world. However since moving to this system why I did well or why I didn't is so vague.



My mgr is paid on sales goals, so is our FVP. This is dysfunction at its best.

Messed Up
