They are THE stategic acct.
They are threatening to pull out of all studies if we don't turn things around.
We are pulling out all stops to do so. Pulling any needed resources away from other accts in order to do so.
It is a no-win situation.
If we save them, unlikely, then it is unsustainable as we can't afford to treat them, or anyone else, this way. And it sets a precedent that we can't afford.
If they leave, which they probably will, the stock tanks.
Big lay offs.
In the meantime things are as horrid as ever - 30% attrition and a nightmare of a corp culture.
Not only does this place suck as an emlployer it's business model blows.
