The president of the company hires distributors and then when you are close to closing a hospital...he takes it from you and makes it a house account. The president's name is Rich kendall. I just heard that he cut a guy in Arizona and St. Louis...simply to avoid paying out any commissions. This happened to a group of us over a year ago. He just fired his National Sales Manager who was getting the job done but he did not want to pay him salary/commission. This president has hired 3 sales forces in the last 3 years and now is trying to join up with a company called Milliken. I hope they see through this company's tactics of hiring good people and then cutting them to avoid commissions.
