Thesedays the company is about to adopt the evaluation system without sales achiv. The leaders at the company claim this system successfully landed in the states, therefore we should be bracing for the change. From the 10 years exp in pharma, I know it was a bull shit.
As much as I heard, in the states, reps shouldnt buy even a meal for a client. The only activity they are allowed is to detail or invite clients over webseminars, is that true?
I personally believe if Knighted Sir. Witty resigned for what happened in China, we wouldnt have set these ridiculous systems.
There is no one who bravely speak out against the insanity here.
